Working with digital agency Razorfish, we developed the master information architecture and taxonomy for Microsoft’s new download center, which encompassed more than 300,000 free downloads and paid products from across Microsoft’s online properties. We also developed recommendations for mapping old metadata to the new taxonomy, supporting content migration to the new site.
